Love of Learning provides Professional Learning opportunities (facilitated in-person or virtually) that are personalized to meet the needs of the learners. These are not sit-and-get sessions! These live (or synchronous) learning experiences are designed to model best practices while providing engaging, interactive, and inquiry-based learning experiences that are relevant and easily-transferable. Participants will leave the session feeling confident that they can apply their new skills or knowledge immediately.
Job-embedded coaching is available as a follow-up to Professional Learning to enhance the transfer of knowledge and skills and to further individualize the learning experience. Coaching provides support for Professional Learning participants as they begin to implement the concepts they are learning.
Professional Learning sessions are developed based on the requests of the client and can be fully customized to meet the desired learning goals and objectives of your school or organization. Your Professional Learning session can be created specifically for you, just describe how it should be tailored to the needs of your learners.
eLearning Course Development
Do your school or organization's adult learners need asynchronous learning opportunities that can be completed when and where it is most convenient for them?
Love of Learning designs custom eLearning courses that are engaging, interactive and inquiry-based. eLearning courses include formative assessment throughout so learners can gauge their progress as they work through the concepts at their own pace.
These courses can be designed as companion-pieces to Professional Learning, to be completed after an in-person session for extension and reinforcement of the concepts, or as a refresher course to revisit the concepts previously taught.
eLearning courses can also be designed as stand-alone learning modules for self-directed learning that is tailored to the learning objectives of your school or organization. All courses can be modified to meet the needs of the learners.
Courses are built for seamless integration into your Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS).
